the lost paradise!

Get away...

is perfectly situated on one of the most pristine beaches of Eleuthera island, a hidden gem of the Bahamas. It is located on the most desired area of the island, North Palmetto Point, right on Bank’s Road.

Five minutes from the heart of the Island, Governor’s Harbor, the house provides easy access to the Market, Restaurants, Shopping, Governor’s Harbor Airport, and many more conveniences.

Right outside of these windows, you will find yourself standing on a cascading deck that spans three levels and 60 feet onto the world famous pink sands of the Bahamas.  It just simply doesn't get any better.

The bay windows shown above are the focal point of the house which boast a 270 degree view of the beautiful Atlantic ocean.  These hurricane proof glass windows are engineered to withstand up to 200 mph of direct winds.

The glass has a special tint to help keep the house cool, and effectively reduce the glare and UV rays from the morning sun.

The Palisades

Where dreams become reality...

Eleuthera, Bahamas

We just arrived at the house about two days ago and we are excited to be here. This truly is an escape from reality. The beach is beautiful and the house looks great. It’s been so long since we’ve been here, but we’re so happy with the results. The house is finished so now we are looking forward to enjoying the island and the house.

Just got back from the house, it's absolutely fabulous.  One has to be right there to really appreciate the scenery as no pictures can describe the true beauty of the overall landscape and architecture.  We are booking another trip in February, isn't that crazy?

Our floors are going in this week. We are also in the process of selecting wrought iron and cherry wood stair rails.
